Very transparent soft rose color marked by tones between salmon and copper. Crystalline and quite consistent wine. Intense nose, good complexity and finesse. The olfactory analysis reveals notes of wild strawberry, rose petal, raspberry, red currant, pomegranate. Memories of powder and mineral nuances.

In the mouth the wine shows great freshness, good taste-olfactory intensity and persistence. The tasting closes with a very clear and limpid sapid note that I could define as crystalline. It is a very agile, fresh, modern wine that lends itself to many food pairings.

The acidity and sapidity are characteristics that make this Zweigelt Rosé pleasantly drinkable and enjoyable. The tones are lively, smiling, graceful but of absolute presence and personality.
