Straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. Crystal-clear and consistent wine. The olfactory examination shows a moderately intense and moderately complex wine. Fine wine. Floral notes, delicate green nuances, hints of cedar, grapefruit, gooseberry, yellow pulp plum not yet ripe. The aromas are very delicate, soft, never invasive. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, moderately sapid and moderately intense. Moderately persistent wine. It is not a “vertical” wine but it shows a pronounced horizontality with taste-olfactory nuances that are always balanced, well dosed, round.
