Sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white. Secondary fermentacion according to Charmat Method. Powder color with delicate and soft nuances. Crystal-clear and consistent wine. Notes of small red fruits, wild strawberry, raspberry, currant. Enamel shades. In the mouth the wine shows great freshness and a well-defined sapid backbone. The taste-olfactory analysis reveals a moderately intense and persistent wine. Moderately numerous bubbles, of good finesse and persistence. The wine is fresh, tasty, captivating. The closing of the tasting is marked by a clear sapid vein.
