In the mouth, the wine is fresh and sapid. In the taste-olfactory examination there is a distinct sapid dominant note that is also the protagonist in the closing of the tasting. Moderately persistent and intense wine. This Sauvignon Blanc is very well balanced, moving with gentle tones, showing soft and harmonious shades.
