Grape variety: Cabernet Franc from Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo 980 meters above sea level) and Vistaflores (Tunuyán 1.200 meters above sea level)
Vineyards: more than 15 years old
Maceration: for 5 days at 4ºC.
Alcoholic fermentation: with native yeasts for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 24 and 29ºC.
Malolactic fermentation: in French oak barrels.
Aging: in French oak barrels for 10-12 months
Ruby red color with purple red reflections. Crystal-clear and consistent wine. The nose is intense, complex and fine. Notes of violet, small red fruits, juniper and cloves. Pepper nuances and balsamic flavors. Sharp vein of green bell pepper well integrated in the bouquet of wine. Clear mineral nuances.
The taste-olfactory analysis reveals great freshness. The wine is intense and moderately persistent. Impalpable, light, imperceptible tannins. Vivid sapid note that closes the tasting. Perfectly managed alcoholic content.
